To make them shiny and smooth you just need some cuticle oil i use OPI avoplex oil it smells really good, rub some of that on your whole nail get your nail buffer NOT a file that would scratch your nails you need the soft kind and just gently buff them in one direction once your done wash hands and apply a thick hand cream and good as new your nails will look like you have clear polish on they will be so shiny.
no
A nail buffer or a ridge-filling base coat typically contains tiny granules that help smooth out ridges on the nail plate. These granules work to fill in any unevenness on the nail surface, creating a smoother appearance and providing a better base for nail polish application.
A 3-way buffer is used to shape, smooth, and shine the natural nail. It typically has three sides with different grits for filing, smoothing ridges, and buffing the nail surface to create a glossy finish.
Yeah, You can. I bought the instant nail effect yesterday and I was wondering the same but nobody knew. So I tried it myself. It doesn't effect the outcome at all. Just wait a while until the nail effect is completely dry before doing so. I tried it after having the nail effect on for about 12 hours.
The case for a HTC phone is suppose to keep the phone from being scratched. Scratches on a case is just from normal wear and tear. Clear nail polish or a \"buffing\" nail file should work in dulling a scratch.
it makes the nail turn into a money with a small head
nail polish contains chemicals which sublimate and pollute the atmospere
NOTHING you shouldn't ever put anything on your nails but nail polish. You can try buffing them with olive oil but don't paint them with anything but nail polish. Wal-Mart has some awesome colors of nail polish for just $1.00!!!!!!!! Yes, you read that right. One dollar.
yes the more layers the less chipping
