rheumatism is is a chronic and painful disease. hot water helps your body feel better for a little while. BUT. be careful. very hot water will burn your skin and that hurts, too. use nice warm water. rheumatism is treated by doctors with medicine. these medicines help make some of the swelling go down. i am not aware of any real cure for rheumatism.
