Deforestation affects the food web because it alters the habitat and ecosystem of the organisms. Let's say a squirrel was living in a forest that was just deforested. Assuming it didn't get killed, it now wouldn't have a home because it lives in a tree. Also, it wouldn't have much of a food supply because it eats products from the trees (pine cones). Likely it would either move away, die, or be eaten because it doesn't have a shelter anymore.
Over population causes the food chain to go out of wack. If there is over population at the top, their food will become very hard to find. If the over population occurs at the bottom, then the entire population will grow because they are creating more food for the animals higher than themselves.
Support to its well-being is the way in which organic farming affects the food chain. Organic farming mixes non-chemical, non-genetically modified inputs and procedures which attend to the health of the soil and of soil food web members, such as beneficial bacteria and fungi, ground-dwelling invertebrates, and plant roots. The type of farming in question stresses control of pathogens and pests through natural enemies and organic pesticides, both of which tend to make sure that no population feeds upon more than its eco-system-balancing share and that all soil food web members get fed.
If you catch all of a certain type of fish, they could become endangered or extinct. Also, when a certain kind of fish is over fished, whatever it eats will flourish (because it is not being eaten) and lead to overpopulation. Also, whatever eats that type of fish could go hungry and die.
Taking away the trees takes away habitat which in turn takes away animals which destroys the food chain.
The animal might be pray to another animal. That can cause an extinction of that animal and go on and on.
There is no adverse affect.

Bad for food chain
how does a food chain affect your life
The plesiosaurs were the top predators of the food chain at that time
At this moment, waste materials are not affecting food chain.
Ozone hole will affect Antarctic food chain. It will kill all the planktons.

It just does

Overfishing takes too many fish out of the ocean, so there are not enough to breed and produce the next generation of fish. This causes many problems.Larger fish in the food chain that need to feed die out from hunger.Countries that rely on fish for food find that their fishing boats come back empty.Overfishing also creates large ecological dead zones in the oceans. Although fish will be eventually replaced by jellyfish and shrimp, other species like whales and dolphins will become more and more scarce along with fish.If one fish is gone then the fish above it in the food chain won't be able to eat that fish and it will mess up the food chain.
