EVERYTHING
If it looks good, you are more willing to put it in your mouth, more open to the fact that maybe it tastes good. If it looks good, it tastes a little bit better. If it looks bad, you don't want to put it in your mouth unless you know what it is. Appearance is crucial.
Taste. 'See' is a verb, 'sight' is a noun. 'Taste' is a verb and also a noun.
Sight and scent both affect taste.
Flavour.
sight and smell , taste :)
Only subconsciously.
of or pertaining to the senses or sensation. A literary device to engage and effect the reader. And to make solid images in the mind. (sight, sound, smell, touch & taste.)
It is doubtful. Sight has little affect on taste.
It's the other way around. Senses - sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch - react to things and changes in the environment.
Smell and taste are linked through the vomeronasal organ. No sense of smell would mean no taste because 'taste' is smell plus the ability to detect sweet, sour and salty on various parts of the tongue. Sight is more of a trigger for appetite and does not directly affect the ability to taste although some say that 'blind tasting' trains the senses to appreciate flavours. but smell isn't everything! there are millions of taste buds on your tongue that allow you to sence the texture and TASTE of the food.
