causes cells with two decimal places to align vertically correctly
The accounting format sets the figures into currency and sets their alignment in a standard way so that the currency symbol is always positioned in the same place as it is in all values. Currency format always puts the currency symbol right beside the numbers, so they are not always in the same position in relation to the other figures.
The comma style will format numbers with two decimal places and insert commas as thousand separators. So if you had a number like 3455679 in a cell and formatted it as comma style, it would come up as:3,455,679.00
It is known as Comma Style. The same effect is caused by using the Currency or Accounting styles.

The mutation that has the greatest effect is one that is not only beneficial but that is heavily selected for by the environment. Ideally dominant as it will effect the population more rapidly than a recessive trait. Only traits that are selected for or against in a population change the frequency of the occurance of the alleles in the population.
