All waves of the electromagnetic spectrum have the same speeds but different frequencies and wavelengths. So, wavelength is important for defining the regions in the electromagnetic spectrum (frequency would have been equally useful)
Well one way to look at it is that a photon IS an electromagnetic field. The photon is the gauge particle for the electromagnetic force. Without photons there would be no electromagnetic interaction force, and therefore no electromagnetic fields.
You could certainly call it that if you like, but most people wouldn't know what you mean. Many of them would understand you better if you called it the "electromagnetic spectrum", (while the rest would still be lost).
It depends on what disease you cure. curing diseases is duty of an honest physician .

If the scope of practice included the curing of that disease and the doctor did not follow through, then yes. It would be considered at as negligence and for a health professional that is part of malpractice.

I would call it an electromagnetic wave, or electromagnetic energy.

Electromagnetic waves
Geomagnetic waves are thought to be the lowest frequency (and, therefore, the longest wavelength) electromagnetic waves in the universe. They are generated by movements in planetary structures that modulate a planet's magnetic field to create the wave. Certainly lower frequency electromagnetic waves could be generated, but they would be artificial. A link is provided for some useful information.
