What else besides the fuses and bulbs would cause the driver side brake light and turn signal to not work on a 1995 dodge neon although the tail light does work?

you have a switch on the brake pedal that activates the lights its hard to see as most are mounted high up the pedal shaft. Check to see if its loose or the connector has become unplugged.
