The Inca Empire was located in present-day Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and parts of Chile and Argentina. The Aztec Empire was located in central Mexico, with its capital city of Tenochtitlan situated in present-day Mexico City.

The Aztec empire was primarily located in Mexico. Their primary city was based where Mexico City (the capital) is currently located. During their expansion years, their empire did reach small parts of Guatemala as well.

The Aztec Empire was located in Mexico- the Valley of Mexico to be exact. The capital, Tenochtitlan, was built on raised islets in Lake Texcoco.
