If you're hoping to BS your way out of a positive drug test result by claiming you took "energy pills" ... tough luck, because while simple cheap screening tests sometimes do give false positives, the confirmatory tests used to follow up positive screening results are much harder (read: practically impossible) to fool and if you test positive on one of those, it's more or less an airtight certainty that you actually did take the illicit substance being tested for.
