Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader are 2 different people.
Its the arabian Darth Vador turtle that lives in the the rocks on the death star coast, it has many different branches of species includeing Darth Maul, and Luke Skywalker. However it is very hard to identify and see which turtle is which, but the easiest way to tell which turtle is which is by looking at the colour of it's shell. If it's glowing Red then it is most likely to be either the Darth Vador or Darth Maul Species however if it's glowing green then it's the Luke Skywalker Turtle.
His name is Luke Skywalker because Darth Vader is really Anakin Skywalker.
