Yu Yu Hakusho. The episode you're referring to is epidode 9.
Yu Yu Hakusho ends with the "gang" if you will on the beach of Genkai's which they will inherit when she dies, kayko is pissed because Yusuke isn't back yet, Hiei stays in the demon world on patrol to take all humans that stumble into demon world protect them than erase their memories and take them back to the human world. At the end Yusuke shows up on the beach they have a water fight and it ends with a sunset. There you go Happy Ending
I don't think it comes on any more because i would be watching it but i haven't dun much research but i will find go and get it here straight away! :)

Then, you just battle the same people and repeat. I got up to LV. 16 in one day and I just got the game yesterday.
The producers of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX decided to stop making Yu-Gi-Oh! GX when they got to episode 156 (the last episode of season one), even when Japan finished their fourth season. They decided to go straight to Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. But, you can watch Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 156-180 with subtitles on youtube or google videos.
