[Scene: Central Perk, Chandler, Joey, Phoebe, and Monica are there.]Monica: There's nothing to tell! He's just some guy I work with!
Monica and Chandler get engaged at the end of Season 6 and get married at the end of Season 7.
There is actually a plot inconsistently in relation to Chandler first telling Monica he loves her.Technically he first tells her in The One with all the Thanksgivings - Monica puts a turkey on her head and dances to cheer up Chandler and he inadvertently blurts out "You're so great, I love you." He then tries to take this back but Monica heard.Later on in Season 5 in The One Where Everybody Finds OutChandler again tells Monica he loves her for the first time - Phoebe and Rachel know about Chandler and Monica and Phoebe hits on Chandler to get him to admit it, meanwhile Chandler is hitting on Phoebe to put her off the scent. During this climax of this episode Chandler says that he can't go through with kissing Phoebe and when asked why he he states "because I'm in love with Monica". Monica is touched because this is (supposedly) the first time he has admitted it. She reciprocates in this episode for the first time.
At the end of Friends, Monica and Chandler save him a room in their new house for when he comes to visit (a 'Joey room') but he stays living in his apartment.ALSO--to find out more about Joey's life after Friends, watch the series Joey.
A lot of people may think the answer is Joey, but Joey put the turkey on his head to scare Chandler. Monica, however, puts a turkey on her head to make Chandler laugh because he is mad at her.

There were many times Chandler and Monica made out because they started a relationship and got married in Friends. They first started their relationship during Ross and Emily's wedding in London during the end of season 4, The One with Ross's Wedding Part 1 and 2. Also they make out when Chandler leaves to his new job in Tulsa in season 9, prompting Rachel to say cut it out because there is a baby.
Chandler's first attempt to propose to Monica is interrupted by the appearance of Richard Burke and his date. They end up sitting at the table next to Monica and Chandler, thus making it impossible for Chandler to propose to her.

However Ross said it was the first time he kissed Rachel, who was on his bed. But as it turns out, Monica was passed out on Ross's bed and thus Ross's first kiss with Rachel, was with Monica. The latter did not occur on screen, it was told through conversation between Ross, Chandler and Monica.
