First lets look at the mobile suit,strike freedom vs 00 gundam. Strike freedom is a very formidable gundam. With dragoon, a stomach cannon, rail guns, twin beam rifles, combinable bean sabers, and the beam shield.. It has a variety of armaments. It also has that phase shift armor and has a very high speed. The 00 on the other hand, has the gn sword 3,gn twin sabers,the raiser, and it's shields. Although 00 gundam has less weapons it makes up for that with the raiser system and trans am. Trans am gives the mobile suit a big advantage. Some say it can be used once. That's true with the other suits in the series but 00 with the twin drives has a longer trial and it can recharge. Now the actual pilots. Kira is a coordinator which makes him basically a super solider, he's very smart, but does no have the will to kill. He also has what is called seed which gives him his special moves. But even though he's advance Setsuna has the upper hand. Setsuna is and innovator and recently a hybrid of ELS and innovator. Setsuna has been trained using techniques of gorilla fighting. Setsuna also has no emotion. He does no mind killing other people. Kira is a big cry baby who gets lucky in my opinion. So I think setsuna has a mobile suit advantage, and he is a better pilot as well.
