She transforms into Eternal Sailor Moon (the version with the angel wings) in the second episode of Sailor Stars. The episode name I believe is something along the lines of "Saturn's Awakening! The Ten Sailor Senshi Gather". The episode number I think is 168.

If you're talking about the episode where she turns into a full angel to defeat Sailor Chaos, then that would be episode 200.

She doesn't. After the battle with Queen Beryl/Metallia at the end of Season 1, the Moon Stick (Crescent Moon Wand in the English dub) is destroyed. When Sailor Moon first reawakens at the beginning of Season 2, she tries to get it, but the wand never appears. As a result, she relies on upgraded versions of the other Sailor Senshi's attacks until she powers up and receives the Silver Crystal back mid-way through the first half of Season Two (Sailor Moon R), along with a new wand, the Cutie Moon Rod.

Was Sailor Stars the last season of Sailor Moon ever?

Yes Sailor Stars was the fifth and the last season of the original Sailor Moon version however Toei Animation has created a new version of Sailor Moon which is called Sailor Moon Crystal which is a retelling of the Sailor Moon story. Sailor Moon Crystal is being more faithful to the manga but there are still elements from the original Sailor Moon series such as the same villains and the same Sailor Soldiers as well as Tuxedo Mask, Chibiusa, Luna and Artemis.

When does sailor moon meet the other sailors?

That depends on your definition of "Sailor Scout [Senshi]." This is because we see many Sailor Scouts in the Sailor Moon series, but there are more who are only mentioned in passing, those who appear only in the anime (such as those "Sailors" created from fake Sailor Crystals, the phages), those who appear only in the manga (some of the Senshi mentioned as participants in the Sailor War, and some of Galaxia's own Anima-Mates), and those who only appear in the musicals. There are also "tribute" Senshi, people who dress up as the Sailor Senshi but don't actually have any powers or abilities.Below is a list, indicating whether they appear only in certain forms of canon (anime, manga, or musicals), and their original Japanese title in square brackets:Anime/Manga/MusicalsSailor MoonSailor MercurySailor MarsSailor JupiterSailor VenusSailor Mini Moon [Sailor Chibi Moon]Sailor UranusSailor NeptuneSailor PlutoSailor SaturnSailor Mini Mini [Sailor Chibi Chibi]Sailor Star MakerSailor Star HealerSailor Star FighterSailor Iron MouseSailor Lead CrowSailor Aluminum SirenSailor Tin NyankoSailor GalaxiaSailor ChaosAnime onlySailor Tamasaburou (a crossdressing victim of Eudial's in Season 3, episode 104)Manga onlySailor CosmosSailor ChuuSailor Coronis (Sailor Kronos in English version)Sailor MermaidSailor MauSailor CocoonSailor KakyuuSailor Chi (pronounced "Kai")Sailor Phi (pronounced "Fai")Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon (pronounced "papiyon")Sailor LetheSailor MnemosyneSailor CeresSailor VestaSailor PallasSailor JunoSailor Channel (her name is a parody of the popular brand Chanel; not a true Sailor Senshi, but Naruru Osaka, a friend of Chibiusa's and little sister of Naru Osaka. When will sailor moon be back on tv?

Sailor moon episodes are all officially released, which means no new episodes on tv. HOWEVER! If you live in the United States, MTV announced that they will be replaying old episodes soon. If you don't live in the States, and are desperate to watch Sailor Moon, just type the episode in youtube, and they're all there in English, German and Japanese.

When do the sailor scouts get crystal power?

The Sailor Scouts (Senshi) get their Crystal Change Rods which allow them to transform into their "Super" forms in the fourth season of Sailor Moon, called "Sailor Moon SuperS." For each of the Scouts, Pegasus grants them a new transformation in the following episodes (Japanese follows in parentheses): * Sailor Mercury: Episode 144 (151) * Sailor Mars: Episode 145 (152) * Sailor Jupiter: Episode 147 (154) * Sailor Venus: Episode 147 (154) Each of them technically gained their new abilities in episode 136 (143), but their unique transformations and powers weren't shown until the episode numbers listed above. It's worth noting that in the manga, they don't use these Crystal Change Rods, even though they still use the phrase "(Planet Name) Crystal Power, Make Up!" to transform into their Super forms; in the manga, they use their (Planet Name) crystals, e.g. the Mercury Crystal. In both the anime and the manga, it is not Pegasus, but Sailor Saturn who bestows the Super abilities on the other Outer Senshi (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto). In the anime, we are never shown if the Outer Senshi gain new items as the Inner Senshi did.
