Hands down the best option is Hauppage's PVR, either the regular version or the Gaming version. The difference is that the Gaming PVR is specifically designed to format captured videos for upload to YouTube. The Regular PVR has more output options, but you have to do a little more if you want to put it up on YT.
The other option is an AverMedia HD Game Capture device. While the Hauppage PVR is the choice if you really want professional results in HD, the AverMedia isn't bad; most gamers have used the AverMedia before moving up to the Hauppage.
The Hauppage isn't cheap, but it's worth it. The blue PVR is the Regular version; the green is the Gaming PVR. You can see them at the links below.
The equipment to capture a fort; a catapult a rope a javelin
A lot of people just use a video camera.
Do you have a video recorder or a capture card? They will be helpful. For screen capture software, I recommend Joyoshare Screen Recorder. It can capture gameplay on PS3, Xbox 360, Nintendo, etc. in high quality. For the capture card, I recommend Elgato, which is powerful and easy-to-use.
I've been without a capture card for about a year now, I have all the software you need for capturing gameplay but im not sure about my hardware... I want to use a HDMI cable going from my xbox to my laptop which supports HDMI, is there anything i can use to get the footage from my xbox to play on my PC like it would with a TV, so i can then just use Fraps capture software to capture it?
they used catapults ropes and javelns
To record your PC Minecraft gameplay you simply need screen capture software.
Yes, it is possible to record PS3 gameplay without a computer or capture card by using a standalone device like a DVD recorder or a game console that has built-in recording features. Some external devices can directly connect to the PS3 via HDMI or composite cables to capture gameplay. However, the quality and ease of use may not match those achieved with a dedicated capture card or computer setup.
A camera, although I highly recommend you use a PC with a Dazzle DVC 100 Capture Card
You should not use the equipment until you have been trained.
He uses the newest HD PvR to record his gameplay. I don't know what its really called but, you can goodle "HD PvR" into google, and see a good variety of good capture software.
To record video on a Nintendo 3DS, you can use the built-in "Nintendo 3DS Camera" application, which allows you to capture images and short videos. However, for longer videos or to capture gameplay, you would typically need a capture card installed on the 3DS, which connects to a computer. Alternatively, you can use a smartphone or external camera to film the 3DS screen directly. Keep in mind that recording gameplay might require additional software or hardware depending on the method you choose.
The main piece of equipment used to capture ghosts in the first Ghostbusters film is called the Proton Pack. This portable device generates a proton stream that can ensnare and contain supernatural entities. Ghostbusters use it in conjunction with the Ghost Trap to capture and imprison ghosts.
