This question is so vague as to be meaningless - what are 'peoples' (clan, tribe, nation, ethnic group) and what is 'unconquered' (never lost a battle, never had to surrender, never been subjugated)? The history of human beings is one of strife, and no tribe, ethnic group or nation has avoided defeats at some stage.
