once you obtain the natianal dex, then in the victory road, the guy that was blocking the door, will not be there! go through the door and there will be a few puzzles to get through, but you will eventually get there. at the end of this route, there will be a silver stone. that's all there is to see. but if you have an ar you can get the shamin event and that is used here.
