By doing the below things you can expect to increase your biceps

  1. Workout your biceps 2 times a week. Make sure you give atleast 1 days gap between subsequent bicep workouts
  2. Make sure you eat a high protein diet
  3. Use preacher curls and concentration curls to increase your bicep curve that may make your biceps look bigger
  4. Use Barbell and dumbell curls to make your biceps actually bigger
  5. Drink lots of water
  6. Dont overdo your biceps excercise. On any bicep exercise day do 3-4 exercises with 3-4 sets of around 8-10 repetitions each
  7. Do Hammer curls to improve your brachialis
  8. Sleep atleast 8 hours every night

Hi

This question is easily answered but it also depends on whether you're a man/woman or new to weight training or body building.

Presuming you're male and are a recent newcomer to weight training, I'd advise doing one basic exercise to directly stimulate the biceps muscle - as part of a whole body training programme - and one for the triceps, which is the muscle on the back of your upper arm under the biceps.

I'd advise three sets of bicep curls (with bar or dumbells) and 10 reps per set.

for the triceps I'd go for triceps push-downs if your using a cable/pulley machine. If you're using free weights I recommend 3 sets of 8 repetitions on the reverse bench press. So...

3 x 10: biceps curls

3 x 8: push-downs or reverse bench press.
