If you want to tame him, wait 2 days for it to get used to its new home. Next you can put your hand in the cage and wait for him to walk on it. He will probobly run off. Continue doing this every day till you are able to lift him up off the ground without him jumping. Now, you can feed him treats off your hand. DO NOT SHOVE THEM IN HIS FACE!!
If you want her to come to you, go into the bath tub with her. (Make sure she is tamed!) Next, say her name and pick her up and lay her in front of you. Do this 10 minutes every day till she comes as soon as you say her name.
Your hamster doesn't need to go in the ball everyday , If your hamster has an exercise wheel then you can put them in the ball when you want to. I have 2 hamsters and they both have hamster balls and i only put them in it 3 times a week at the most :)
Yes, hamsters are known to climb the inside of their cages. It's a natural behavior for them and can provide mental stimulation and exercise. Make sure the cage has plenty of safe climbing options for your hamster.
Syrian hamsters typically require a minimum of 360 square inches of floor space in their enclosure, with ample bedding and additional space for exercise like a wheel or playpen. Providing a larger habitat with enriching activities is beneficial for their physical and mental well-being.
who actually cares I need a better answer
Well normal syrian hamsters don't normally have any speacial needs unless they have an illness. They just need to be cleaned one a week and like to be handled and fresh food and water daily, and toys to play and chew on and a house for it too sleep in.
yes they still need exercise
Exercise wheels.
well in the summer i make a run that i put my guinea pigs in and they exercise for about 5 hours each day at the weekends. But when i'm working they are in their run for about 1-2 hours when i get home. I hope this helps.
It is bad for a hamster to not have a wheel. Hamsters need their exercise or else they can die.
No. a ferret does not need any exercise wheels, I don't believe they make any for ferrets - they are not rodents. They make exercise wheels for rodents - like mice, rats, hamsters, etc.
Hamsters should be allowed to exercise in their ball for about 30 minutes to an hour each day to stay healthy and active.
No, hamsters do not have the cognitive ability to understand that they are running on a wheel for exercise. They simply see it as a fun activity and do not comprehend the concept of exercise or fitness.
Well, hamsters need exercise, but they usually do that by running on a wheel if you have one. But if you have a guinea pig they have to run around outside, not in a wheel or a ball because it could cause back problems. Your welcome!

Hamsters need a cage that is at least 24 inches by 12 inches, with a height of 12 inches, to live comfortably and thrive. It is important to provide enough space for them to move around, exercise, and explore.
