Running! ALOT of running THC gets stored in your fat the only way to get it out is to burn that fat and in a sense burn out the thc which will exit your body thru urine so if you are trying to pass a drug test and work out hardcore the day before the test you will FOR SURE fail it cuz you will have alot of THC in your urine the best thing to do is workout as much and as often as possible but three days before ur drug test chill out and let your body rest sweating is the whole point it is what gets the THC out but also do not sweat and then just chill and catch your breathe after your workout and let the sweat dry cuz a small amount of that thc will get reabsorbed by the skin so sweat and shower off right away!!
