What exercise to do in ninth month?

Do things that you enjoy but also do things that will actually make a difference. Such as, if you are good at running, run three times a week, or if you prefer walking, then walk four or five times a week. Do things that you know you will stick to and that you won't give up on! They are the most important things, but most of all, have fun and feel and see the difference!
