All you have to have is drivers education if your sixteen and if your eighteen you just got to have your class D drivers license to drive a V8 vehicle

Simply riding with a driver isn't going to get you experience - you actually have to BE a driver to gain experience. You could learn a couple things riding along, sure, but for experience, you need to spend time behind the wheel yourself.
