There is blue, red, brown, green, black, yellow, and purple (and maybe some other colors, I don't remember anymore) . But the eye color that is needed for completing Lunar Colony is purple.
You need the eye color of purple that you get at the top right corner of the grid map on your rover. Hope this helps!

well randerlize your self
You turn them purple.
Well I really don't know, but I tried all of the colors and none of them work. So I guess it's just a bug or something.
yes. if you want to change your Poptropican's eyes then you have to randomize your person. To do this press the key R while holding down keys Ctrl and shift. Warning: by doing this you will change your person's outfit. And can not be undone
It doesn't matter. Yours have to be purple to fool the retina scans, because you are not one of the regular astronauts -- their retina patterns are recognized by the security system at the Rock Lab.
The boxes are blocking the Infirmary door at the Research Lab.Go to the pressure chamber (upper left). Get in the chamber and click High Pressure. You must act quickly and move your character to the bottom left corner, to squeeze past the boxes to the door.(You should also go to the eye-color changing station. Change your eyes to purple. This will help later.)
Just as you enter the Research Lab (building north of the main base), you will see the eye-color research unit. It states that purple eyes may cause detection problems with retina scans. Change yours to purple (they will change back when you finish the quest).
To enter the Rock lab, you need a keycard (dropped by Salerno when you find her) and purple eyes that you can get from the machine in the Research Lab.

You cant the eyes follow the mouse
No. There is no risk of damage your eyes from watching a lunar eclipse. It is during a solar eclipse that you require eye protection.
What color are your eyes is the correct way to phrase that particular question because 'eyes' is the subject of the verb and it is plural. But you could also say: 'What is the colour of your eyes?' because then 'colour' is the subject.
