The same factors that can affect the characteristic properties of any marine organism. The most obvious ones are moisture, temperature, salinity, etc.
yes
Yes, it does. The bigger the more it absorbs.
the answer is yes. i have done the experiment with three different size sponges of the same brand. and it turned out to be that the largest sponge, absorbed the most water, being 2 cups.
A sponge
a brick is harder than a sponge
The size of a sponge does affect the amount of water absorbed. The bigger the sponge the more water absorbed.
A sponge is in the phylum Porifera. The phylum's name hints to this:Pori-spores and Fera- to bear... So totally it is something that bears pores - which is an important characteristic of sponges.
yes
Holes inside the fabric retain water via surface tension
Recurring kidney infections, bleeding, or stones will prompt x rays of the kidneys. The appearance of medullary sponge kidney on an intravenous pyelogram (x rays of the upper urinary system) is characteristic.
Yes, it does. The bigger the more it absorbs.
how does over mixing and under mixing affect butter cake
yes because all sponges have pores and certain materiel does not have many pores. For example a piece of foil compared to a sponge the foil is not going.
Spicule shapes and mesh structures are essentially the only variable amongst sponge morphology that can be easily differentiated. Sponges are often described as evolutionary dead ends because there is so little variation possible (comparatively) with simple structures and very limited cell types.
Please answer this it is for a project I need it fast
it depends on the sponge. different sponges have different masses, sizes, and different amounts of space bettween each atom. and because they are grown, we cant control exactly any of these factors. but my guess for the average cleaning sponge is about 4-6 times.
the sugar takes up more volume in the sponge so the absorbtion rate will be lower than any other liquid without sugar like water
