Internet Connection Sharing, or ICS, is included with Windows 98 second edition, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. This feature was implemented by Microsoft for sharing one internet connection on one computer with other computers on the same network.
ICS, Internet Connection Sharing allows more than one computer to share the same internet connection. You need two NIC's for each computer that will be sharing the connection though.

First you have to rip the CD to your computer (use Windows Media Player for that). Once you have the CD music on your computer, Import it into Windows Movie Maker using the Import Media feature.
Nothing. This program simply collects files and settings on your old computer and puts them on your new computer. Windows Easy Transfer is a feature of Windows Vista that allows you to transfer files and settings from one Windows computer to another. Using Windows Easy Transfer, you can transfer most of your files, programs and settings to your new computer.

You can't do that with audio on Windows Movie Maker. The application is very basic with limited features/functions. Masking is not a feature that is included.
