A CD is a read only device, so you cannot delete anything from them. Some CDs can be wiped completely and then re-used, but you cannot delete individual files on a CD. CDs are designed to work that way, not for using and manipulating individual files.
You will probably need a utility program that can delete the files. However, if you know the account name and password the files were created under you can probably delete them without the extra software.

Save the game your already playing on to the different save files there are, so they're copied. Then click on the copied file and when it's loaded press 1 and click restart. This will give you the option to start the game again from the beginning. Make sure you copy your saved game on to the other files otherwise you'll delete your whole progress.

If you run Install then Repair it shouldn't delete files in "My Documents" (at least it didn't when I did it recently). If you run Install then Install it will delete the files.
