When a computer is first started several things happen what are they in order?
This actually varies dramatically both in steps and order of those steps from one computer to another, so no correct answer can be provided to your question that applies to all computers. On dedicated embedded computers where the entire program is resident in ROM only one step is required: the hardware sends a reset pulse to the CPU which then begins running the program from the beginning.
