Goldfish are omnivores and cannibals so other larger goldfish can be predators to your smaller goldfish. Other predators are carp and koi. None swimming predators can include raccoons or house cats.
Only place goldfish into an aquarium with other similar sized goldfish. By having a deep enough and wide enough outdoor goldfish pond with a few aquatic plants living in it for your goldfish to hide in, will help them avoid becoming prey to those predators.
That all depends upon the size of the goldfish. In most cases the rule is 'if is small enough to fit in a predators mouth then that will eventually happen' It is common for people to feed goldfish to their Oscars.
Goldfish can eat food designs specifically for them in flake or pellet form, but they can also eat cooked de-shelled peas, cooked & finely chopped green beans, lightly cooked spinach, raw romaine lettuce, raw zucchini (but not the skin), or even some peeled, de-seeded & finely chopped orange.
Cats, sea birds, and waterfowl will gladly enjoy eating a goldfish. That's why it is so important for pond goldfish owners to keep their ponds (and pond goldfish) secure/away from threats like those animals. Another animal that has on occasion swallowed a goldfish is us humans, although if given the opportunity most would rather not.
Goldfish are common feeder fish at pet stores. Most meat eating fish, frogs, and turtles will eat baby gold fish.
Goldfish will eat anything that is edible to them but feed them fish food, such as flakes and pellets. You can find them at your local pet shop, just ask them for it.

It is possible that a goldfish would nibble at Hornwort if it is available in its environment but I would not expect it to be a major part of a goldfishes diet.
Green peas are rich in fiber which is good for goldfish. The only thing is, with canned peas, I would be sure to rinse them thoroughly in water. The goldfish do not need the preservatives and salt that might be included in the canning process,
