No.
None. You have to meet the conditions for reinstatement of your Indiana licence before another state would issue you one.
For the most part, no. A suspended license means that you technically still have a license. And you are not allowed to have more than one license at a time. And a state will not issue you a license if you hold one in another state.
No. Suspensions by any state or territory of the United States are recognised throughout the whole of the United States. No other state will issue you a licence during the period of your suspension.
None. As a resident of MS, that's the only state you can hold a licence in. Furthermore, states share information, and will not issue a drivers licence (even if you become a resident of another state) while there is still a suspension active against you.
Not until the licence suspension issue with your previous state has been resolved.
As long as you obtain a license in the state of Ohio before your you get suspended in Florida you license will still by valid. If you wait until after your license in suspended then Ohio will not issue you one. So, if you know your going to lose your license get on an airplane fly to Ohio get a license and you'll be fine. Its kinda of like the grandfather rule. Got to like the loop-hole system:-)
Typically, your answer is going to be no. There are a couple of states which may do this, but you have to be a resident of that state, and you'd be restricted to operating a motor vehicle only in that state until your driving privilege is reinstated in the state which suspended/revoked your licence.
No. If your license is suspended in Massachusetts, the Mass. Registry will flag your record in the NDR. The State of Washignton will check the NDR prior to issuing you a license and see that you're suspended in Massachusetts. They will not issue you a licesne unless and until you a get a clearance letter from Massachusetts. Basically, if you're suspended in one state, you're going to be denied a license in all other states. Otherwise, someome could apply in different states to avoid a suspension consequences. Absolutely not. The upper 50 states all run off of the same system. If your license is suspended in the state of your primary residence, you cannot get a drivers license in any other state until your status in your primary state changes. This even applies if you change your state of residence.
No, as part of the interstate driving compact Texas must recognize the suspension in Virginia and refuse to issue a license; or suspend the license if it was issued and later found to be suspended.
Once the reason for the suspension has been resolved, the authority that suspended your license should issue a notice of eligibility for reinstatement. With that paper in hand it should just be a trip to the DMV office to get you back on the road.
