This is how you unlock the boxes in Solar Cave:First, you must have a key with you, which you can obtain in Solar Cave as well. You should most likely have Trawl Orbs, because they "Bring in the dough" of all of the items on the floor. They will also bring keys to you, too. I have seen that inside those boxes, there are the HMs. For example, have you ever lost your HM Dive, that Whiscash gave you? Ah, well there is a way of reobtaining, (getting back), your precious HM. First, you should go to the last floor of the dungeon, Solar Cave, and use a Trawl Orb. Alas, then you will find that a shiny TM is around you somewhere. That is an HM. It will be Dive, unless you already have one. Then it will be something different, like maybe a HM Surf, or Waterfall. I will also say this: There might also be another box to open, in the middle of the floors, I suppose the 13th floor? There might be a Reviver Seed in the box. I think it differs, but good luck finding a Key and HM.PS: The last floor is the 20th floor, if I am not mistaken. Hope that helps!!!

First, go to Celestic Town. After you give the old woman that charm, (She's in the house to the left of the pokemon centre), defeat team Galactic then go into the cave that was behind the Galactic guy. Walk up to the writing in the cave and she walks up behind you and gives you the HM Surf.
