yes you can it's a homebrew called pokedex psp download it (if your psp is hacked) and put it in the game folder or the game 150 folder or the game 380 folder
first open your psp folder then you should see a theme folder drag the theme in to there if not create a new folder in capitals called THEMES in the psp folder.
You make a new you open up the psp (by USB or memory stick) and you go to the folder "PSP" and then make a new folder in there called "THEMES" in caps. Yes but then how do you change your theme?
plug your psp into your PC but don't use manager put the firmware into the iso folder
You need internet to play your music. (Windows Media Player) To download music from your PC to your PSP, make a folder named MUSIC under the folder named PSP. Load your music into this folder. PUT THE ACTUAL SONGS IN THE "MUSIC" FOLDER. Do NOT make subfolders or the PSP will not recognize the songs.

First the file has to be a ptf file second you need to make a folder on your memory stick and name it THEME all capital lettering. put that folder in the PSP folder in the memory stick witch on my computer is in f drive when i connect the psp to the PC. drop what ever theme you have in the THEME folder. remember they have to be ptf format. after you put them in the folder disconnect your psp and look in the settings there is a theme settings on the psp main screen they will show up there and you can pick which one you want.
Connect the usb to psp to the PC then enter usb mode. Open the folder in the PC. You should see a folder "psp" open it and create a new folder "songs" and paste your songs there
