I think it's called "Perpetua". It would be on size 13 or 13.5. But if you do not have it, there is a small font called "Arabic Typesetting" which would do fine. I would recommend using size 17 to 18 for this font. "Times New Roman" is also okay, but I recommend Perpetua strongly.
