There is no exact list, as it will depend on the individual. Generally high-fat foods and low-nutrition foods are cut out, but often meat, dairy, sugars, and carbs are soon to follow. Many anorexics will cut out foods that may seem random because they feel that they are "unsafe" or because the individual has a endency to over-eat these foods, so they choose to avoid them all together.
