Any fruit, crackers, sweet/hot jellies like red pepper jelly, roasted asparagus, sweet red peppers. Personally I love to put a wheel of brie in a casserole dish that's just big enough to fit it, after spraying the dish with a nonstick spray. Put some hot/sweet pepper jelly over top, use a few kitchen tablespoons over top. Pop it in the oven at 250F until you see the top of the crust of the cheese expand. Remove from the oven and slit an X into the rind of the cheese and dip crackers into it. Triscuits are good and this is a decadent and rare treat.
Brie cheese is famous for it's mild and flavourful taste. There are many kinds and all are very good.
