I have researched high protein foods and found a variety of sites that were very helpful. What I came up with is a list of the 10 foods with the highest proteins which are cheese, green beans, lean beef and veal, roasted pumpkin or watermelon seeds, lean meats, fish, fish eggs, marmite, crab and lobster as well as lentils and peanuts.
