no better answer.

cooked, fried and sauteed food in oil all these contribute to gain weight.

break fast with veg juices pulses and fruits,

lunch and dinner with raw vegs and rotis and brown rice,

avoiding drinking water immediately after having a meal,

water timings:

2-3 litres on empty stomach

water should be taken half an hour before food and two hours after food

this helps in reducing weight a lot

try and i am sure you will promote it too
