fork oil amounts for a Yamaha GT 80 are 108 to 116cc's per fork tube. you should use 10w motorcycle fork oil. this is good for all years from 1974 to 1980.
Depends on the model. Early FJ1200's use 395cc's per fork, the ABS version uses 446cc's. Cheers, Paul.

10w fork oil. 130-140 ml from top of fork, when fork is fully compressed without the spring inside the fork.
Use 175 ml of 10w-30 oil. A little less, for example 160 ml, is recommended by some drivers as making the front forks a bit softer.
Polaris has their own special "fork oil". 7.5 weight is equivalent to polaris oil or use a 10 weight to improve dampening.
