Nitrogen isn't incorporated via breathing, all the nitrogen we have in our bodies are atoms that we ingested, that were fixated by other organisms such as plants. It's part of our DNA molecule, and a lot of other necessary molecules for life.
Oxygen, besides being a constituent of many of our organic molecules, besides being part of the inorganic water molecule, is used in energy releasing metabolistic processes.

∙ 12y agopenis uses NO to remain stiff during erection. Also important for maintaining and reproducing nucleic acids (DNA, RNA). organisms must first change N2 from soil/atmosphere to necessary nitrogen based molecule, however.
