Not sure what's GOOD for the skin, but my naturopath said to stay away from citrus if you have acne. It exacerbates it. Good luck!

Certain fruits are used for covering part of the body and tend to remove wrinkles and soften skin. Orange and in particular Pomelo softens skin, but I do not know the longtermeffects of this.
