Ice cream! Ice cream is perfectly fine unless you where told otherwise! Cake and brownies are also fine as long as they arn't frozen or contain nuts ect. Cookies are also fine but they can be as hard as rocks or again contain nuts or be frozen! Popsicles should also be ok along with sno cones! Just ask your orthodontist!
