Butler's garage, Hardeeville, SC (5 miles north of the SC-GA line on I-95) sells both regular (87 octane) and Premium (93 octane) fuel without ethanol. He was an Exxon station, but when Exxon insisted that he sell fuel with ethanol, he gave up his franchise and became an independent. Also does other work on cars. Open daily from 7am to 6pm, Saturdays to 2pm, closed Sundays.
Fuelman is one of the more common companies that use fleet, but almost any companies that are associated with providing fuel to fuel stations (Exxon-Mobil, Phillips 66, etc.) have a fleet version of their credit card available for companies.
All I've seen is just Valero, you can go to their website and look up locations. The closest one to me (in NW OKC) is Expressway and Wilshire (by City Bites) Edit: Any of the independent stations will have it. Both Rockwell and Council between 39th and 10th will be lined with independent stations selling 0% ethanol fuel, at the lowest prices. 10th street will also have plenty of indie stations too.
Tom Thumb gas stations are supplied by various oil companies, but primarily by major fuel distributors such as ExxonMobil, Shell, Chevron, and Valero. The specific supplier can vary by location and market.

Fossil fuel power stations typically cost about $2.1 dollars per watt to build solar stations around $7 at present. The efficiency is increasing and costs are falling. This of course does not represent the cost to the consumer. In addition it does not take into account all the various other costs and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Fuel (fossil stations), poor sunlight (solar stations). Maintenance costs are similar for single plants but solar stations do not have the capacity of fossil fuel stations.
