40 amp maxi-fuse for your blower motor in the row nearest the driver's side , and it
is the 3rd fuse from the firewall end of the PD Box , according to the owners
manual for the 1996 Ford Ranger
On a 1996 Ford Ranger : The blower motor resistor is in the engine compartment It is below and to the drivers side of the blower motor
On a 1995 Ford Ranger : The heater blower motor is in the ENGINE COMPARTMENT , near the firewall , on the passenger side of the engine

Not sure about the relay, but there is a blower resistor assembly located on the heater case to the right of the blower motor.
The Heater Core will be located behind the dash. Hope that Helps.
under the hood, passenger side, on the blower motor housing, towards the bottom, under the motor bump out.. unplug the wire clip from it, it comes out with 2 screws.

Replace it with a new one.
Replace blower motor resistor usually located in the duct work or out in engine compartment in ductwork by heater motor.
There isn't one. There'll be a fuse for the HVAC blower, but the heater itself doesn't use electricity (other than the blower fan). That year Ranger should have cables going to the blend door, so there won't be electricity there.
