Yes, at one point when you bought the Gamecube, they gave out The Legend of Zelda: Collectors Disc which included The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
They once released Majora's Mask, Ocarina of Time, The legend of zelda, and the Legend of Zelda II: Link's adventure. It was for a limited time only and the game was the exact same, no upgraded graphics or anything. If you really wanted to get it, I am sure you could find a way.l
You cannot get Virtual Console games on the DSi. If you want to download Virtual Console games, you must have a 3DS. Currently, (August, 2012) there are no Pokemon games for download, on the Virtual Console. However, the original NES Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, Link's Awakening DX, The Four Swords, and Minish Cap are available to download on the Virtual Console. The original NES Metroid, Metroid II: The Return of Samus, and Metroid Fusion are available too.

I recall that at the end of Legend of Zelda II: Link's Adventure, it is implied that Zelda kisses Link as the curtain is near the stage floor. Outside of that, nothing stands out.
