This depends largely on two factors. 1. The physical limitations of the hardware itself. Good luck running World of Warcraft on a 1980 Fire Direction Control computer from an artillery battery. There simply is not the correct hardware (RAM, Hard Drive Space, Graphic card, etc) because it is too old. It will play a mean game of solitaire however. 2. The software limitations put in place by the military (usually the communications officer). I have seen military computers running brand new games and I have seen computers that solitaire had been removed! It all varies based on the service members running the information network, their level of competency and their attention to detail.
