radeon HD 3200 by a huge margin, the Radeon 7000 is an old card from 2001, and no card in its family can touch the hd3200, the Radeon 7000 has 1/4 the pixel fill rate, no vertex shaders, no directx 10 only dirctx 7 which is bad new for new games and watching videos, as well as lower memory bandwith.
Most likely the other remaining MB is dedicated for games.
