Most commonly is Nitros-Oxide also known as laughing gas.
It is commonly used in all Hospitals and Dentestry surgeries.
Anasthesia or Anasthetic
Nitrous oxide, commonly known as laughing gas, is used in hospitals and dental clinics as an anesthetic. It removes or reduces pain and general awareness for various surgeries.
Anasthetic
that's in the good old days when used socks were an anasthetic
Mainly pure oxygen is used, but this is often used in conjunction with nitrous, which has some pain- relieving properties and lowers the amount of actual anasthetic used. The drug that keeps the patient under anasthetic is vaporized into the o2/n2 mixture and therefore is breathed in by the patient.
Opium is a drug but it is now commonly assosciated with the medical proffession as it is a anasthetic and it also has latex (rubber) properties.

the treatment of alchohlic gastritis is ranitidine, sucralfate and anasthetic antacids
If you are properly anesthesized by the gas, you won't feel anything the entire time. In most cases, you may be still under the effect after the surgery so get some help leaving and don't plan on driving. The only advice I have related to this is to immediately get the prescriptions filled and take all the medicine as directed the day of. You may not feel like you need it because of the laughing gas, but you will need it.
If you have recently had a local anasthetic injection at hospital or the dentist's this may be the cause.
The least painful way is to have a topical anasthetic applied before the hair is removed. Some salons have staff that is trained and licensed to perform this on people.
The only pain I felt was the needle for the anasthetic which wasnt very painful at all, after that it just feels as though someone is prodding you a bit hard in the arm.. its a little uncomfortable but not painful :)
