Nitrogen 48% - found directly in air and sea, however must be bound or fixed into chemical reactions to be usuable by most of the organisms.
Oxygen 36% - source of oxygen is through photosynthesis of the plant life in the ocean, and the diffusion of oxygen in the atmosphere
Carbon dioxide 15% - goes very quickly from atmosphere to water, however takes longer to change back from water to air.
Hydrogen and oxygen are the two gases that make up water. Each molecule of water is made up of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen.
The gases hydrogen and helium are not found on Uranus. The planet is made up of ice, water, and methane.
Some of the gases found in our atmosphere which absorb infrared light are: carbon dioxide, methane, and water vapor. Gases found in our atmosphere which absorb ultraviolet light are ozone (O3) and oxygen gas (O2).
Natural gases are found under ground.

All planets have gases, they are just elements that happen to be in the air vs in the water or in the ground. Although there are gases that can be found in both I believe.

The atmosphere is primarily composed of Nitrogen (N2), which accounts for 78%. Oxygen follows, accounting for 20% of its volume, with argon less than 1%. The remainder is composed of particulates and trace gases, including water vapor.

Natural gases are found under ground.
The amount of water vapor in atmospheric gases is highly variable. More water vapor is found at lower altitudes, at 30,000 feet there is virtually no water vapor. There is a maximum of 4% water vapor in the atmosphere at any time.
the gases found around your house is a stove...:D

All gases are found in all layers of the atmosphere. Some of them don't last very long in the exosphere. But water vapor is probably the answer you're looking for, though there's a tiny amount above the troposphere.
