You should probably just pick the subjects that are your favourite subjects at school. However, animal related subjects such as Biology may be useful, but I doubt this is as important as getting the best grades you can. Try talking to someone who is a dolphin trainer, they'll probably be happy to tell you what path they followed to their career.
