current flow is proportional to the voltage and inversly proportional to the resistance
Georg Simon Ohm was a German schoolmaster who discovered that for certain conductors, the ratio of voltage to current was constant for variations in voltage. He thought that this applied to all conductors, but this is not the case. In fact, Ohm's Law applies to very few conductors and, then, only under very specific conditions.
ohm
A measurement of electricity. Discovered by George Ohm. Ohm being his last name. Not an abbreviation. A measurement of electrical current resistance based per 1 amp of current flow.
Georg Simon Ohm was a German physicist and mathematician who is best known for formulating Ohm's law, which states that the current through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the voltage across the two points, and inversely proportional to the resistance between them My Honest Viewpoint π ·πππ Ώπ://πππ.π ³π Έπ Άπ Έπππ Ύππ ΄24.π ²π Ύπ Ό/ππ ΄π ³π Έπ/283755/π ²ππ °π ½π Ύπ °π Όπ °π/

Ohm's Law is stated as V=I*R, where V = voltage, I = current, R = resistance.
Ohm's most important discovery was in 1826 when he discovered the mathematical law of electric current called Ohm's law.
Georg Simon Ohm died on July 6, 1854 at the age of 65.
