They claim to believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, yet they partner The Holy One with an entity they call "His" son, namely Jesus. So, in a sense, belief in Jesus does seem to bring Christains to believe in the one true God, the same God that members of the Islamic faith believe in, and this is same God is the God of the Jews.
